How it works

Install and sign in
Install AI Associate on Windows or macOS and sign in with your firm's Microsoft 365 account. It acts only with your permissions.

Get an assistant mailbox
Your IT team runs one script to create an assistant mailbox for you, such as jsmith-assistant@yourfirm.com.

Send it work
Email the assistant the way you would email an associate. It answers in the same thread, usually within minutes, and asks when something is unclear.
What it does
Drafting and review
Memos, letters, contract markups and summaries, written to your instructions and returned as drafts.
Works with your documents
Reads the email, OneDrive and SharePoint files and local folders you already have access to. iManage support is in development.
Clear about its limits
An internal reviewer checks each draft for unsupported statements, and every reply says what it did not do or could not confirm.
