What this website collects, why, and how to have it deleted.
Last updated 15 October 2026. This page covers this website. AI Associate itself runs on your firm's computers; pilot firms receive separate terms that describe how it handles firm data.
What we collect
When you apply for the pilot, we keep what you enter in the form:
- your name
- your work email address
- your firm
- your role
- your firm size
- your practice areas (optional)
- your document management system (optional)
- any notes you add (optional)
We also record the date you applied and that you agreed to be contacted.
How we use it
We use these details only to contact you about the pilot and to plan setup for your firm. We do not sell them, share them for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
Where it is kept
The site and the sign-up list are hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare also processes standard connection data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. Only the AI Associate team can view the sign-up list.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or trackers. It loads no outside fonts or scripts.
Deleting your details
To have your sign-up deleted or corrected, reply to any email we have sent you, or submit the pilot form again and say so in the notes. We will confirm once it is done. We delete sign-ups from firms that do not join the pilot when the pilot ends.
